Exceptions: Non-returnable Items
In general, due to the perishable nature of Altamar Foods Corp. store goods, we cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges once you have placed your order. Please contact our Customer Service department if you have questions or concerns about your order.
Order Changes & Exchanges
You may request a change to your order at any time before your order leaves the Altamar Food Corp. store for delivery and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has left the store for delivery or has already been delivered, we will be unable to change your order.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order Altamar Food Corp. store, please contact the Customer Service team within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has left the Altamar Food Corp. store for delivery or has already been delivered, we will be unable to cancel your order.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Altamar Foods Corp. store is not responsible for orders that are not picked up on time by the customer and may become damaged due to time sensitivity.
