- How is your order packed?
Our team pack your order carefully in a reusable cooler with the right amount of dry ice for the duration of the trip. The products within the box are inside their own retail bag. Your products should arrive hard-frozen so you should transfer them to your freezer immediately. We carefully placed a block of dry ice in the bottom of the cooler beneath our shipping pad, there may be some left or all when the package arrives. Please read our Safety Instructions for Dry Ice inside your order on how to handle dry ice; you could simply just leave the dry ice in the cooler, put the lid back on and let it sublimated.
- Return/Replacement Policy
For us, satisfied customers with their orders are our priority. If you receive your products thawed or any other damaged, we will replace your products free of charge. To request a replacement, please contact info@pescatoreseafood.com within 24 hours of receipt of products. Please provide as many details as you can and photograph the issue to help our customer service department understand the problem. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on our goods, please do not send your order back.
- How to defrost your fish
Recommended thawing method:
- Remove item from freezer and its packaging
- Place item in a plastic resealable bag if needed (depending on the product)
- Place item in the refrigerator overnight to gradually thaw
Fast thawing method:
- Remove item from freezer and its packaging
- Place item in a plastic resealable bag
- Fill bowl or sink with cold water
- Place item in cold water for at least 45 minutes
